Latest news from Coeden Fach

Autumn is upon us and the colours are beginning change at the nursery. Last week a group of pupils from Gower College collected hazel nuts so that we could propogate new hazel saplings in the spring time. Our volunteers also worked really hard mulching our fruit bush beds which now look tidy and are ready for winter. Here are a few photo’s from last week

Our orchard has produced too much fruit for us to deal with this year. Volunteers can take as much fruit as they want but we still ended up giving it away!
